Club Information Sheet: This is the sheet given to all the members at the beginning of the year. It includes all the rules for this coming year and more information.

Club Entry Sheet: New members to Key Club should fill out this form. Hand the form in, along with $15.00, to one of the officers or to Miss Teles (Rm. 365)/Mrs. Wells.

Monthy Hours Form: Fill out this form with the amount of community service hours you have done for the month. Hand this in at the next Key Club Meeting to one of the officers.

Officers Training Manual: This manual was shown at the Key Club 2006 Convention. The manual will give you a detailed desription of the officers' jobs and duties. It also goes over the information about Key Club in detail.
