Club Information

If you wish to join Key Club, you must see one of the officers or advisors for an information packet (or print out the necessary papers from Here). Within this packet is a member information/club entry sheet. Fill this sheet out and hand it in to one of the officers/advisors with $15 club dues. The dues help to pay for any activities or treats the officers may do/bring in for our meetings. (Checks payable to Emmaus High School Key Club.)
$15 CLUB DUES ARE DUE ON NOVEMBER 5TH

We're a Community Service club, so every member is expected to complete a minimum of EIGHT project hours every other month. Months will be grouped as such: Sept + Oct, Nov + Dec, Jan + Feb, Mar + Apr, May + June. Please make sure you keep track of all the hours you complete and how many you complete!

Service hour requirements exceptions:
You are expected to complete 5 hours for every two monthes IF you play a school sport (only during months it occurs) or are a member of the school plays or school bands.
A maximum of 2 hours will be allowed for every two months for any non-Key Club hours. You must receive a signature from the project's organizer or head person for the hour to count. (These can include helping out at church events, doing community service outside of school, etc.)

We ask that you please attend at least 1 meeting a month. Each meeting attended after that is worth half an hour of service. (Please keep track of the dates that you go to the meetings! We have sign in sheets but we can't keep track of almost 100 people and when they come and when they don't and how many meetings they've been to, etc)

In order to receive credit for monthly service, you must hand in a service/hours form. You also must complete ONE Kiwanis hour during the school year as well. Hour sheets are always due the first meeting of every other month. These dates include: Nov 5th, Jan 7th, Mar 4th, May 6th, June 10th.
